Trainer / Experienced Stylist

The Opportunity

The Trainer / Experienced Stylist role is a leadership and education position that allows you to continue serving guests while becoming a mentor, trainer, educator, and culture leader within SASS across potentially 2 locations. 

You’ll work behind the chair while also helping develop the next generation of stylists.

What You’ll Do

  • Work behind the chair approximately 3 - 4 days per week

  • Work alongside Associate Stylists and coach them in real time

  • Lead approximately 1 structured Associate training each month

  • Help maintain SASS standards, consistency, and guest experience

  • Continue developing your own technical, business, and leadership skills

  • Contribute to salon education and team growth
