Sophia is best known for hair that grows out well, whether it is hair color, haircuts, or hair extensions.

Justine is a Master Stylist with over 14 years of experience behind the chair, Justine brings a rare combination of precision, creativity, and passion to every service. She is a certified Extension Educator for Amplify Hair Extensions, and TGI Balayage’s Visor Foil Team. As a master of balayage and a visor foil artist, Justine is known for creating seamlessly blended, lived in sun-kissed color and transformative dimensional looks. Her clients love her dedication to craftsmanship and personalized approach that leaves them feeling confident and beautiful.

Megan, is a proud Jacksonville Beach, FL native with a passion for hairstyling that’s been with me since I was 8 years old. She specializes in blonding, any lived-in color look, hair extensions and cutting.

What Megan loves most about her job is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help people feel empowered.

Amonda grew up all over the Western USA from Hawaii, Southern Cal, and Arizona. Her international flare comes in part from her time in Mexico City. She started young as stylist by doing her families hair as a teen to making her passion her profession.

Amonda finds magic in anything from a subtle change to gentle maintenance or fully transforming her clients. Her love for color formulation aka Chemistry further helps her create hair magic.

When not behind the chair she stays busy by herding her brood of 3. Preferably doing so on one of our beautiful local beaches.

Tessa started her skincare journey in college when her acne didn’t respond to medical dermatology. She’s now a Licensed Esthetician with 14+ years of experience, specializing in dermaplaning, chemical peels, and customized facials.

Tessa’s relaxing, soothing touch helps her clients reach their full skin care potential. She stays current with the latest technologies in skin care at Esthetics Association Florida.

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Julia grew up surrounded by beauty, culture, and individuality — influences that continue to inspire her work behind the chair today. As a Cuban-American hairstylist fluent in both English and Spanish, she strives to create a space where every woman feels welcomed, comfortable, confident, and truly seen.

Julia specializes in customized lived in color and healthy hair transformations, always prioritizing the integrity and long-term health of the hair. As SASS’s Kérastase Care Coach, she’s passionate about helping not only the clients in her chair but her teammates as well. With the goal help clients and teammates better understand their hair and build home care routines to best care for themselves beyond the salon. Giving them long-term softness, shine, and overall hair health.

Her approach is personal, detail-driven, and focused on enhancing each client’s natural beauty with hair that feels effortless, elevated, and easy to wear in everyday life.

Lauren is a certified extension artist and rising talent at Sophia Avera Salon & Spa, currently building her book of business while training under the guidance of master stylist Marcello.

She brings a passion for bold transformations—specializing in vivid colors, rich brunettes, and, of course, luxurious extensions. Her journey began as a salon assistant in her early teens, and now, in her early 20s, she’s fully stepping into her artistry behind the chair.

Lauren embodies the SASS spirit with her “can-do, no-fuss” attitude and is quickly becoming a guest favorite. We’re excited for you to follow her journey as she grows into her full potential.

Eve comes to SASS via way of Ohio . Her midwest charm perfectly aligns with our commitment to laid back luxury. A graduate of Aveda Fredric’s Institute with 4 years of hands-on salon experience.

She trained under Sophia upon joining Team SASS which further refined her technical skills and artistry behind the chair.

Eve has developed a passion for creating dimensional, lived-in color with a special love for hand-painted balayage.

Known for her warm personality and client-first approach, Eve focuses on building genuine relationships while delivering an elevated salon experience.

Eve is quickly becoming known for her precision, positive energy, and ability to make every guest feel comfortable and confident. We’re excited to watch her continue growing and sharing her passion behind the chair.

Associate

Olivia is Associate at SASS training alongside the SASS team while continuing to grow her creativity and technical artistry behind the chair. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, she brings a passion for bold self-expression through vibrant fantasy colors, precision cutting, and personalized styles that help guests feel confident and unique.

Originally from Chicago, Olivia combines her creative energy with a warm, approachable personality that makes clients instantly feel comfortable. Growing up alongside her sister Emily, who is also part of the SASS team, she naturally embodies the collaborative and welcoming spirit required to be a SASSER.

With a love for artistic transformations and continued education, Olivia is quickly building her place within the SASS team, and we’re excited to watch her talent continue to evolve.

Anna is an emerging stylist at SASS currently training under Sophia while refining her artistry behind the chair.

She graduated as part of the advanced education curriculum at Paul Mitchell The School Jacksonville. She brings a strong foundation in blonding, dimensional color, extensions, cutting, and styling.

Known for her warm personality and detail-oriented approach, Anna combines creativity with a passion for helping guests feel confident and beautiful. Her background as a collegiate athlete and youth volleyball coach reflects the leadership, discipline, team focus and positive energy she brings into the salon every day.

As she continues to grow within the SASS team, Anna is quickly building a reputation for her dedication, work ethic, and natural ability to connect with clients. We’re excited to watch her journey unfold and can’t wait for guests to experience her talent firsthand.

Kenny’s background in business development and gift for building relationships is instrumental to the success of SASS salon. His focus in those areas along with an entrepreneurial spirit guides SASS through the many challenges small businesses face in an ever-changing world.
